I was raised in a loving, Catholic family that consisted of my dad, mother, and two younger
sisters. We were a hard working, middle class family.
Although I was baptized, confirmed, went to confession, received Holy Communion and attended
Sunday Mass, I did not have a relationship with Jesus Christ. Those things were simply "rituals"
to me and church was just something I did on Sunday morning. I never thought much about hell, but
joked that if it was real, I would meet my friends there.
I was living life for myself and having a good time. I am so thankful that my eyes were opened
and I learned about "truth". I was BORN AGAIN in 2001 at the age of 58 years old - after my wife,
Mary, prayed for my salvation for two years at a bible study led by Carol Tellier at Living Stone
Foundation.
I asked Jesus to be Lord of my life on February 18, 2001 and confessed that I was a sinner. I asked
the Lord to forgive me of my sins and to show me how to live my life for him. A special friend, Terry
Piacentini, who has gone to be with the Lord, led me in the sinner's prayer while Bob, Carol and my
wife prayed with us.
The Lord changed me completely from a hard-hearted man to a man who loves others and puts them
first. I have never looked back since that Sunday at my house and I am faithfully attending the
Leominster Assembly of God church, where I have been blessed with my family in Christ Jesus.
As I continue my daily walk with Jesus, I read and study my bible with my wife every night. We
understand his Word more as we seek him daily and we are able to share the Good News with others
who don't know him yet. The Lord Jesus has always been with me - through sickness, family deaths,
job loss and many daily trials of life. I can always depend on my Lord for the comfort, strength,
wisdom, and joy that only he can fill me with. Daily, I give thanks and praise to Jesus as I
remember how he died a horrible, painful death willingly so that I would have life eternal with God
in heaven. Praise his holy name!
I have been privileged to be a part of the volunteer team at Living Stone by giving my time to help
in whatever capacity I am able.

I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has given me strength, that he considered me faithful, appointing me to his service. Even though I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent man, I was shown mercy because I acted in ignorance and unbelief. The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.
